It's worth noting that our Stainless Steel 310H Sheets are not recommended for frequent liquid quenching due to susceptibility to thermal shock. However, they excel in heat uniformity at temperatures ranging from 1742 – 2192°F (950 – 1200°C). For optimal performance, a final annealing process at 1832 – 2101°F (1000 – 1150°C) followed by rapid quenching is recommended after hot forming.
